Moodle XML and CSV Converter

This tool now works in both directions. It can export Moodle XML to an Excel-friendly UTF-8 CSV, and it can rebuild Moodle XML from the edited CSV so you can import it back into Moodle.

Arabic text stays in UTF-8, category switches are preserved, and a raw XML backup column is included in the CSV to keep more Moodle-specific data safe during round trips.

The export CSV includes editable columns for type, category path, question text, feedback, tags, and per-answer fields. Do not delete the raw_question_xml_base64 column if you want the safest possible re-import back into Moodle.
